01 / CONTEXT
The brief
Save Competition was a Sonic initiative involving FCC advocacy and direct email campaigns. The delivery challenge connected a public-facing campaign with internal executive, creative, engineering, and communications work, as well as an external regulatory interface.
02 / RESPONSIBILITY
What I owned
- Manage Agile development directly across the CEO, creative, developer, and communications teams.
- Coordinate the digital campaign and its technical delivery.
- Curate more than 9,000 citizen comments associated with the FCC campaign.
03 / EXECUTION
How the work was delivered
I worked as the programming project manager within Sonic, linking executive intent with the creative assets and development tasks needed for the campaign. The project combined campaign publishing and communication with a technical integration using Docker, AWS, and the FCC API.
The portfolio records the curation of more than 9,000 citizen comments. Content handling was therefore a substantial part of the project alongside the campaign experience and its technical integration.
