01 / CONTEXT
The work in context
The opening slide brings together three perspectives: directing technology, building software, and helping customers succeed. The work that follows spans wine ecommerce, financial-services software, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications, government publishing, hospitality, and news media.
02 / RESPONSIBILITY
What I owned
- Connect business requirements with practical engineering and delivery decisions.
- Coordinate developers, operations teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Stay involved through implementation, launch, support, and adoption.
03 / EXECUTION
Connecting the work
The commercial work ranges from large historical order migrations to customer onboarding and public-facing publishing. Across these settings, delivery involves both the software and the people who operate it: clear specifications, coordinated releases, useful documentation, and ownership after launch.
Independent work adds a founder’s perspective. Citizen Success combines a political geography database, publishing, subscriptions, payments, and self-hosted operations. The introductory slide also lists cultural projects, sustainability studies, and open-source event organizing; these are background interests rather than separate project slides in this PDF.
